The Ultimate Disney Survey Competition Terms & Conditions

This competition is organised by Ocean Holidays LTD whose registered office is  North House, St. Edwards Way, Romford, Essex, RM1 3AE. Employees of Ocean Florida, their family members or anyone else connected to the company are not permitted to enter. There is no entry fee or purchase required to enter the competition. This competition is open to residents of the UK and the US only and the closing date for entries is midnight January 15th 2017. The winner will be chosen at random using online tool, Random Name Picker and contacted within 14 days of the end of the competition. Ocean Holidays’ decision regarding the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Ocean Holidays reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and the terms and conditions without any notice. Your details will not be passed onto any third parties. By entering the competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound to these terms and conditions.

TRAVELLING PARTY: The named winner will be the lead passenger and is responsible for sourcing up to three other travelling party members. Each member of the travelling party must have a valid UK or ROI Electronic Passport with at least 6 months validity and be responsible for obtaining an ESTA prior to travel. All members of this party must travel at the same time. Entrants under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a legal adult, should they win the competition.

TRAVELLING DATES: Available travel dates between mid-April and mid-September 2017 will be offered to the winner. Duration of the holiday is 7 nights.

FLIGHTS: Flights will be from either London Gatwick or Manchester Airport. All members of the travelling party will be responsible for making their own way to the airport. Flights will not be supplied for a winner who currently lives in the USA

ACCOMMODATION: 7 nights’ accommodation will be provided in one of Disney’s Value Resorts and Walt Disney World Resort, Florida

DISNEY TICKETS: 7 Day Disney Ultimate Tickets will be provided to each member of the travelling party.

$200 SPENDING MONEY: Spending money will be supplied on a Centtrip Prepaid MasterCard. In order to obtain your card, we will pass your details on to Centtrip who will carry out an identity check on the lead passenger to make sure you qualify for this offer. The identity check is not a credit check. If the identity check is not passed you will not qualify for this part of the prize and no alternative offer will be provided. The Centtrip prepaid MasterCard is issued by Prepaid Financial Services Limited pursuant to a license from MasterCard International Incorporated. US ENTRANTS: Flights will not be provided. Prize will consist of 7 nights disney accomodation, 7 day ultimate disney tickets, $200 spending money. Full terms and conditions still apply.

Ocean Holidays will not be responsible for any amendments or changes made to accommodations or tickets by Walt Disney World Resort Orlando.

No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. All elements of the prize are non-transferable and subject to availability. Ocean Holidays reserve the right to substitute any elements of the prize without giving notice. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of the courts.

The Walt Disney Company Limited has no responsibility whatsoever with the running of this prize draw, and shall not be liable for any losses, damages or costs should a reader make any claim against  the Promoter as a result of the running of this Prize draw.
