Located in residential locations either in Kissimmee or on US 27, they are all within 5- 25 minutes' drive of Walt Disney World Resort, subject to traffic conditions.

The private screened pool with furniture is the star attraction of our homes, ideal for spending lazy days soaking up the Floridian sunshine, and a place to dine outside alfresco style. Inside the lounge and master bedroom boast a television with cable channels and a DVD player to watch all your favourite films. There is also a home phone that can be used to keep in contact with family and friends back home. Laundry facilities are also in every home plus you get:

Dining…
A fully fitted and equipped kitchen makes self catering holidays simple and enjoyable. The kitchen comprises of an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and a microwave. Crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils are also supplied. The dining room comes with a spacious table and chairs where you and the family can socialise at meal times. For ingredients there are numerous grocery stores and local markets where you can purchase fresh produce to create delicious food.

There is an en-suite bedroom with king- or queen-size beds. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s). Our properties have a minimum of 3 bedrooms and a maximum of 7 bedrooms.
The occupancy rates are as follows;
- 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people
- 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people
- 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people
- 7 Bedroom Home: Maximum 14 people
