Home to some of the wealthiest people in the USA, this is one of the higher priced locations on the Gulf Coast for rental homes, but it is very stylish and refined. Long stretches of excellent sandy beach with beautifully clean water. Very stylish shopping for clothes, antiques and art. Sophisticated restaurant district in Naples with terrific variety of food and entertainment. Very close to the Everglades and only a couple of hours drive to Miami and the World renowned South Beach district. Most homes in Naples are about 15-20 minutes drive to the beach. Those on Marco Island are only 5 minutes away from the Gulf. Many homes on Marco Island are on the waterfront with their own boat dock.
The homes will have either three or four bedrooms and at least two full bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom. Each home will be fully equipped and will feature a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. You can obtain extra towels and linen, if required upon arrival for an extra charge. The homes are either one or two storey and will have a minimum of one lounge and living area with the larger homes having two lounge areas. Within the lounge will be a colour cable TV, with a DVD or video player and one other TV will be in the master bedroom. The master bedroom will normally have a queen size bed and then the other bedrooms will either have double or twin beds in.
The outside area will have patio furniture for you to relax on and of course the swimming pool.

*Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using the sleeper sofa or roll away that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that your guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels.

All homes feature a private swimming pool. These can be heated (not June - Sept) and pool heat can be added at the time of booking.
