A designated Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® Hotel, the Maingate Lakeside Resort (formerly Best Western Lakeside) a 24-acre resort in a prime Kissimmee location, boasting a wealth of facilities and activities that will ensure your Orlando holiday is nothing short of perfect. The grounds include three swimming pools and two kids' pools, an 18-hole miniature golf course, extensive exercise facilities, two half-court basketball courts, two playgrounds and a video gaming arcade - so there's always something to do when you're having days off from the parks and attractions.

In the mornings you have the choice of an all-American, all-you-can-eat buffet in The Greenhouse Restaurant, or perhaps a doughnut and coffee in The General Store and Deli, which also houses a Pizza Hut Express - a great snack that both kids and adults will love! Afternoons can be spent relaxing in Hurricane Sam's - watch sports on the big-screen TV, play some pool or simply unwind on the sun deck with a refreshing drink. The Cabana Bars are another relaxing place to pick up a cold beverage or snack from the grill without leaving the poolside.

Walt Disney World Resort is just a 5-minute drive from the hotel and as well as serving the theme parks, the included shuttle service will take you to Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, with bargains available at outlets such as Gap, Sony, Calvin Klein and many more.
