The resort is located minutes from Universal Studios®, Islands of Adventure®, SeaWorld® Orlando, Wet n' Wild, Discovery Cove and Walt Disney World® Resort.

Whether you are relaxing in the tropical garden pool area or taking a thrill ride down one of the multiple water slides, there is something for everyone at CoCo Key. The water park boasts three water slides including Boomerango, Over the Falls and Surfer Splash, as well as the CoConut Grove lazy river, Palm Paradise Spa, and Parrot’s Perch interactive play island, offering water park fun for families every day.   

Look out for “CoCo”, the resort’s parrot mascot, to make special appearances and pose for pictures. Kids will also love the Key Quest Arcade, an interactive games room filled with state-of-the-art video games. CoCo Key has delicious dining options located within the water resort including Pizza Hut Express and Callaloo Grill. A few steps away from the hotel, you can also dine at Tradewinds restaurant where kids under 12 eat free (one child per full-paying adult).

Hotel guests have access to the water park starting when the park opens on the day of check-in until closing time on check- out day.

There is a resort fee of $19 per room, per day. The resort fee is applicable for up to 4 people for a standard room and up to 6 people for the Family Suites. Extra person fees are an additional $10 per person, per day.
