Our Walt Disney World Resort Executive Plus Homes have been handpicked from a selection of the finest products available, as they offer a little extra in the way of comfort and luxury. These homes are ideal for the family that is looking for Private Pool Home luxury whilst enjoying extended facilities and a clubhouse. These homes are located in one of the following Resort Style Subdivisions:-

The homes will be located on one of the following subdivisions, allocated on arrival:-

· Terra Verde Resort

· Windsor Palms Resort

· Windsor Hills Resort

· Solana Resort

· Emerald Island Resort

· Glenbrook

All these homes are located on a resort with the following minimum features:-

· Communal Heated Pool and Spa with Sun Deck

· Play Area

· Sports Facilities (Tennis and/or Volleyball and/or basketball court)

· Clubhouse

· Arcade Style Games Room

· Fitness Room

Each Home Features

· Private screened pool with furniture

· 2 master bedrooms with King or Queen bed and en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons - additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds) and a 3^rd bathroom.

· Dining area with chairs

(owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party)

· Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery & kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner & fire extinguisher
