Our stunning 3-bed townhomes located at Bella Vida are the perfect location for your holiday. The spacious, mediterranean style, modern townhomes offer everything you need for a self catering holiday in a fantastic location. The townhomes are air conditioned and well furnished to a high standard throughout. Each has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedroom. Each townhome features a splash pool outside and a screened terrace providing an ideal place to relax after a busy day exploring Orlando.
The resort is designed to offer something for everyone to enjoy, including a communal pool and spa, 15 acres of lakes, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, walking trails, putting green, fitness centre, recreation field and a children’s playground and water play area all in a tranquil, lush setting. The Clubhouse is a great place to hang out and socialise with fellow holidaymakers, the on-site sundry shop provides opportunity to purchase all those holiday essentials. There is also an internet cafe to keep up-to-date with your friends and family. Ideally located just off the 192, Bella Vida is close to all of the attractions, shops and restaurants that Orlando has to offer. Nearby you will find all the usual shopping amenities you can expect from a prime location resort, with Walmart, Walgreens, a choice of restaurants, buffets and shops all within a short driving distance.
Each Townhomes features:-
- 1 en-suite bedroom with King or Queen bed. Additional bedrooms each sleeping up to 2 persons and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and a 2nd bathroom
- Dining area with chairs (owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications; therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party)
- Fully-equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and vacuum cleaner
- Remote control colour TV
- Telephone (check tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply. Prepaid phone cards are a better option)
- Towels and linen are provided

Florida Condo's and Townhomes
Condo is basically an apartment and, in Florida, most Condo's are within resort style communities. In terms of space, they are a fantastic alternative to hotels as they nearly always feature fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, a reception room and 2 or more bedrooms.
Like a Condo, most Townhouses are within resort style communities and are attached to other Townhouses. They tend to be a little smaller than Villas however sometimes the communities they are part of may be more centrally located and have better communal facilities.
