Our Executive homes are furnished to a high standard. Each home is air conditioned, well equipped, spacious with its own screened pool offering an ideal base for your holiday. Calabay Parc is set in a beautiful surrounding of pine trees and orange groves that back onto a conservation area. This tranquil executive community offers a children’s recreation area, walking and cycle trails with tennis and basketball courts if you feel like being energetic. In one of central Florida’s most enviable locations, Calabay Parc is just minutes away from championship golf courses, Walt Disney World Resort, Universal, SeaWorld, shopping and restaurants. After a day of entertainment you can come back to your own home, relax by the pool the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Parcs.
Each Home Features
- Private screened pool with furniture
- 1 en-suite bedroom with King or Queen bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 people. Additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s).
- Dining area with chairs (Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications. Therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party).
- Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils & vacuum cleaner & fire extinguisher.
- Remote control colour TV & DVD/VCR in main living area/main bedroom.
- Telephone (Check telephone tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply. Prepaid phone cards are a better option).
- Towels and linen are provided
- Homes do not usually have safes
- Other additional local charges are applicable for cots & high chairs etc., which must be requested/added at the time of booking.
Occupancy Levels
- 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people
- 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people
- 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people
Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally
