Our Executive Plus 1 of 6 Homes have been handpicked from a selection of the finest executive products available as they offer a little extra in the way of comfort and luxury. In addition to the features of an executive home they also offer an upgraded furniture package. Located in one of the above subdivisions either in Kissimmee or on US 27 and are all within 25 minutes' drive of Walt Disney World Resort® (subject to traffic conditions), offering an ideal base for your holiday. Enjoy relaxing in the luxury of your own private home with pool.

Each Home Features

Private screened pool with pool furniture.
1 en-suite bedroom with king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s).
Dining area with chairs (owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party).
Fully-equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils & vacuum cleaner.

Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally.
