Our Walt Disney World Standard Homes are an affordable and great alternative to hotel accommodation. This is a particularly popular choice for larger families and a families travelling together, as a private home gives you extra room and a greater sense of freedom. Of course it also offers great value for your money. Our varied selection of self catering, standard homes are comfortably furnished and offer spacious accommodation throughout with your own private screened pool. All homes are individual in their specifications and therefore floor plans may vary. After a long and hot day in the theme parks, shopping or playing golf there really is nothing better than relaxing by your own pool on a cool sunny Florida evening. Located in well established locations either in Kissimmee or on US 27, within 25 minutes drive of Walt Disney World attractions, subject to traffic conditions, offering an ideal base for your holiday.
Each Home Features
- Private screened pool with pool furniture.
- 1 en-suite bedroom with King or Queen bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 people. Additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s).
- Dining area with chairs (Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications. Therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party).
- Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils & vacuum cleaner.
- Remote control colour TV & telephone )Check telephone tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply. (Prepaid phone cards are a better option).
- Towels and linen are provided
- Homes do not usually have safes
- Other additional local charges are applicable for cots & high chairs etc., which must be requested/added at the time of booking.
Occupancy Levels
- 3 Bedroom Home: Maximum 06 people
- 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people
- 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people
- 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people
Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally.
