Our Executive homes at Windsor Hills are superior to our standard homes with a better calibre of furniture and will have additional facilities to our standard homes, offering you a haven to return to after spending the day exploring Orlando. Each air conditioned home is well equipped, spacious with its own screened pool. Windsor Hills is an exclusive gated resort situated in the very heart of Kissimmee. It’s fantastic location is just one of its great features. It is only two miles from Disney World and very close to Orlando’s other main attractions, such as Universal Studios and SeaWorld. Windsor Hills Resort is perfect for families and friends and has great communal facilities, which compliment your spacious and comfortable home. The communal swimming pool with children’s water slides are the focal point of the resort. The fitness room has state-of-the-art equipment and the games room is equipped with pool tables and video games. The on-site clubhouse also has a small cinema and a shop for food, newspapers and other essentials.

Each Home Features
- Private screened pool with pool furniture.
- 1 en-suite bedroom with King or Queen bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 people. Additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s).

- (Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications. Therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party).
- Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils & vacuum cleaner.

- 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people
- 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people
Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally.
