Our Executive Plus Homes at Windsor HIlls have been handpicked from a selection of the finest products available as they offer a little extra in the way of comfort and luxury. In addition to the features of an executive home they also offer an upgraded furniture package. Each home is air conditioned, well equipped, spacious with its own screened pool offering an ideal base for your holiday. Windsor Hills is an exclusive gated resort situated in the very heart of Kissimmee. Its fantastic location is just one of its great features. It is only two miles from Walt Disney World and very close to Orlando’s other main attractions, such as Universal Studios and SeaWorld. Windsor Hills Resort is perfect for families and friends and has great communal facilities, which compliment your spacious and comfortable home. The communal swimming pool with children’s water slides are the focal point of the resort. The fitness room has state-of-the-art equipment and the games room is equipped with pool tables and video games. The on-site clubhouse also has a small cinema and a shop for food, newspapers and other essentials.

Each Home Features
- Private screened pool with pool furniture.
- 1 en-suite bedroom with King or Queen bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 people. Additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s).
- Dining area with chairs (Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications. Therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party).
- Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils & vacuum cleaner.
- Remote control colour TV & DVD/VCR in main living area/main bedroom
- Telephone (Check telephone tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply. Prepaid phone cards are a better option).
- Towels and linen are provided
- Homes do not usually have safes
- Other additional local charges are applicable for cots & high chairs etc., which must be requested/added at the time of booking.

- 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people
- 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people
Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally
