Our Executive Homes at Southern Dunes rest within this lovely gated community, which is located on US 27 on one of the more prestigious golf courses in central Florida. The development is located very close to a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and malls and within Walt Disney World® Resort is located just a 20 - 25 minute drive away, Universal Studios® and Islands of Adventure®, Wet 'n Wild and SeaWorld® Orlando are within a 35-minute drive in a location that is is second-to-none. There are many activities for you to enjoy while in Southern Dunes, from the renowned golf course, clubhouse and bar, communal swimming pool, children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts and a supermarket open 24-hours.

Each home features:

Private screened pool with furniture
Master bedroom with king- or queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to 2 persons and they may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds) and a 2nd bathroom
Dining area with chairs (owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party)
Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and vacuum cleaner
Remote control colour TV & DVD/VCR in main living area and master bedroom, telephone (check tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply. Prepaid phone cards are a better option)
Towels and linen are provided

Occupancy Levels:

3 Bedroom Home: Maximum 06 people
4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people
5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people
6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people

Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels.
