Each air conditioned home is well-equipped and spacious with its own screened pool. Windsor Hills is an exclusive gated resort situated in the very heart of Kissimmee. It is only two miles from Walt Disney World Resort and very close to Orlando’s other main attractions, such as Universal Studios® and SeaWorld Orlando®.
Windsor Hills Resort is perfect for families and friends and has great communal facilities, which complement your spacious and comfortable home. The communal swimming pool with children’s water slides are the focal point of the resort. For a quicker pace, try your hand at basketball, tennis or sand volleyball. The fitness room has state-of-the-art equipment and the games room is equipped with pool tables and video games. Children also have their own play area. The on-site clubhouse also has a small cinema and a shop for food, newspapers and other essentials.
Each Home Features

- 1 en-suite bedroom with king or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s)
- Dining area with chairs (owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party)
- Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and vacuum cleaner
- Remote control colour TV & DVD/VCR in main living area/main bedroom

Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally.
