Our homes in Englewood are fully fitted and furnished to a very high standard and equipped with everything you will need during your holiday. Swim in your own private screened pool or have a glass of wine relaxing by the pool and enjoy the superb Floridan sunshine. Englewood is a quiet residential community located approximately 45 minutes south of Sarasota. Miles of unspoiled beaches, world famous fishing, sailing and boating are a few things to keep you entertained. Located directly on Lemon Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, Englewood straddles two counties, Charlotte and Sarasota, literally surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico. Englewood has 4 beaches on the barrier island of Manasota Key. Englewood Beach and Manasota Pass Beach both offer a variety of activites. Manasota Beach has 14 acres of gulf front beach and sand dunes with special areas set aside for sheltered tables, barbecue pits, boardwalks and bathhouse facilities.Blind Pass Beach is ideal for swimming, fishing and has more than 60 acres of nature trails. For the natural beauty of Florida and its wildlife Englewood has many parks. Cedar Point, Don Pedro Barrier Island, Indian Mound Park, Kiwanis Park and the Lemon Bay Park and Environmental Centre are worth a visit. Golfers have the choice of eight golf courses in Englewood alone, if it is a game of golf you are looking. Englewood has a shopping mall with restaurants and is a short drive from Manasota Key, Boca Grande and Cape Haze are close by. This is an ideal destination for sunbathing, swimming and watersports. Whether you would like a holiday filled with relaxation or activity, this is the perfect location for both.
Each Home Features
- Private screened pool with pool furniture.
- 1 en-suite bedroom with King or Queen bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 people. Additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s).
- Dining area with chairs (Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications. Therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party).
- Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils & vacuum cleaner.
- Remote control colour TV & DVD/VCR in main living area/main bedroom.
- Telephone (Check telephone tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply. Prepaid phone cards are a better option).
- Towels and linen are provided
- Homes do not usually have safes
- Other additional local charges are applicable for cots & high chairs etc., which must be requested/added at the time of booking.

- 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people
Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally.
