Charlotte Harbour is a tranquil getaway on Florida's Southwest Gulf Coast, off the beaten track away from the crowds, approximately 3 hours from Orlando, offering world class boating, fishing and sailing. Enjoy paddling on hundreds of miles of Blueways trails, explore five National Wildlife Refuges and discover prime birding opportunities. Charlotte Harbour offers year-round play on more than 20 golf courses ranging in level from executive to championship. Explore one of the many beaches of Charlotte Harbour & the Gulf Islands, where you can go shelling, take a walk along the nature trails, swim or fish.
Fresh seafood is abundant, but any type of cuisine you wish is available. Many local restaurants boast waterfront views, charming ambiance and live music. Restaurants pride themselves in serving Charlotte Harbour grouper, bay scallops, Gulf shrimp and tuna, among other catches from surrounding waters.

- Dining area with chairs (owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party)
- Fully-equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and vacuum cleaner

Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally.
