Our stunning three and four bedroom homes in the Newport Richey and Hudson are situated approximately twenty to twenty five minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Newport Richey. Each home is air conditioned, well equipped and spacious. After a day on the beaches or in the theme parks come home and recharge your batteries by relaxing by your own private swimming pool. Hudson and Newport Richey sit at the very top of the Tampa Bay, to the north is the Florida Nature Coast, and to the south are the cities of, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, Tampa and St. Petersburg. For a change in scenery why not visit some of the other stunning beaches along the coastline including Green Key, Pine Island, Fred Howard Park, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island in Tarpon Springs. If you visit Caladesi Island there is a mangrove covered kayak trail that winds from the marina to the St. Joseph Sound and back. The nature trail is a great place to find Osprey in old pine snags or cross paths with a gopher tortoise. One of the few completely natural islands along Florida´s Gulf Coast, Caladesi´s white sand shores have been rated as the nation´s number 1 best beach. Beach lovers can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing. Saltwater anglers can fish from their boats or throw a line out into the surf. Nature enthusiasts watch wildlife while hiking the three mile nature trail through the island´s interior or paddling a three mile kayak trail through the mangroves and bay. Or experience the excitement and thrills of Busch Gardens, which is just forty five minutes drive away. Experience wild animals and even wilder rides. Make your own day of adventure at this extraordinary African themed park. There is something for the whole family at Busch Gardens from thrilling rides, amazing animals and stunning shows, discover something around every corner. If you are feeling brave then try SheiKra a floorless dive coaster which sends you plummeting 200 feet straight down, explore amazing animal habitats and get close to a sleeping Orangutan or come face to face with Bengal tigers in Jungala. Experience the Broadway style show, KaTong or prepare to have your buckles swashed and your mainbrace spliced at the Priates 4 D show. There are also various shops and restaurants nearby and a major shopping mall can be reached within a 20 minute drive.
Each Home Features
- Private screened pool with pool furniture.
- 1 en-suite bedroom with King or Queen bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 people. Additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s).
- Dining area with chairs(Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications. Therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party).
- Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils & vacuum cleaner.
- Remote control colour TV & DVD/VCR in main living area/main bedroom.
- Telephone (Check telephone tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply. Prepaid phone cards are a better option).
- Towels and linen are provided
- Homes do not usually have safes
- Other additional local charges are applicable for cots & high chairs etc., which must be requested/added at the time of booking.

- 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people
Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally.
