Bradenton Beach is a small, friendly island community that maintains its old Florida charm, a vibrant community that is located at the southern end of Anna Maria Island, which is located at the southern entrance to Tampa Bay on the Gulf of Mexico. The city boasts miles of uninterrupted stunning sand beaches on the Gulf side and calm docking and mooring areas on the mangrove lined bay side.
Bradenton is located three hours' drive from Orlando and has easy access to the local beaches on Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island, Lido Key and Siesta Key. Most of our homes are situated in residential areas of Bradenton, 15 minutes' drive from Sarasota, where you can wander round St. Armand’s Circle and explore its many shops and restaurants.
Each Home Features
- Private screened pool with pool furniture
- One en-suite bedroom with king- or queen-sized bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s)
- Dining area with chairs (owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party)
- Fully-equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and vacuum cleaner
- Remote control colour TV & DVD/VCR in main living area/main bedroom

Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally.
