Cypress Pointe Resort and Grande Villas is the perfect destination for family fun in Orlando. All of Florida’s main attractions, including Walt Disney World and SeaWorld are at your doorstep. The nearby Florida Mall and numerous designer outlet malls also surround the resort. Cypress Pointe has everything you need for a perfect holiday in the Sunshine State. The Grande villas are newer with a more modern furniture package and a large family friendly resort pool area with outside bar. All the main attractions are close by; however, if you want to have a day off from the shopping and roller-coasters,there are excellent amenities here to tempt you including three pools, one with a central water volcano that’sbound to be a favourite with the children. The condos receive a full clean every 8th day. This includes general cleaning, bins emptied and a change of sheets and towels. 2 and 3 bedroom condos have a washer and dryer. 1 bedroom units do not and therefore in the 1 bedroom units you can request clean sheets and towels daily at no cost. Guest can request a full-cleaning anytime for an additional charge.

Florida Condo's and Townhomes
Condo is basically an apartment and, in Florida, most Condo's are within resort style communities. In terms of space, they are a fantastic alternative to hotels as they nearly always feature fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, a reception room and 2 or more bedrooms.
Like a Condo, most Townhouses are within resort style communities and are attached to other Townhouses. They tend to be a little smaller than Villas however sometimes the communities they are part of may be more centrally located and have better communal facilities.
