Encantada is a gated community surrounded by tropical gardens and tall palm trees, set in a great location just off Highway 192 and only a few minutes from Orlando's most popular attractions such as theme parks, designer outlet malls and world-class golf courses only a short distance away. The resort remains approximately an hour away from gorgeous white sandy beaches.
The on-site amenities within this secure gated resort are second-to-none, with two swimming pools, including a separate children's pool, zero entry pool and outside sundeck, lined with lounge chairs, a poolside bar, a fitness room, hot tub, a picnic area for al fresco dining. The resort's clubhouse features a game room with air hockey, a pool table, electronic dart board and a variety of arcade games. The cyber cafe offers multiple computers with complimentary high-speed Internet access and the clubhouse lounge serves cocktails and other drinks each evening.
A children’s play area features swings and playground equipment and if you like to fish the resort’s lake is teeming with fish, and catch and release fishing is allowed without a permit.
Each Town Home Features:

Florida Condo's and Townhomes
Condo is basically an apartment and, in Florida, most Condo's are within resort style communities. In terms of space, they are a fantastic alternative to hotels as they nearly always feature fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, a reception room and 2 or more bedrooms.
Like a Condo, most Townhouses are within resort style communities and are attached to other Townhouses. They tend to be a little smaller than Villas however sometimes the communities they are part of may be more centrally located and have better communal facilities.
