Nestling in a peaceful gated community you can enjoy both its resort-style amenities and its excellent location, with the wide variety of eateries on Highway 192 within a five-minute drive.
For those days of respite from the bustling parks and attractions, take some time to enjoy Terra Verde’s splendid on-site amenities. Kids will love splashing around in the community swimming pool, making friends at the playground and playing basketball in the sunshine. While adults can keep fit in the clubhouse exercise room or catch a little rest and relaxation in the sauna and spa. Even the whole family can spend some quality time exploring the local nature trails.
Each Home Features
• Private screened pool with pool furniture
• 1 en-suite bedrooms with king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s)
• Dining area with chairs (owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party)
• Fully-equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, iron/ironing board and vacuum cleaner
• Remote control colour TV & DVD/VCR in main living area/main bedroom
• Telephone (check telephone tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply. Prepaid phone cards are a better option)
• Towels and linen are provided
Occupancy Levels
• 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people
• 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people
• 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people
Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally.
