Each home is air conditioned, well-equipped and spacious with its own screened pool, offering an ideal base for your holiday. A variety of restaurants are within easy reach if you feel like dining out, and the wonderful Mall at Millenia is 25 minutes away for all your retail needs.

West Haven is located close to Champions Gate which is just a short drive from all major attractions in the Orlando area including Walt Disney World® Resort, SeaWorld® and Universal Studios®. Also nearby are world-class golf courses should you wish for some quality tee time.

The resort also enjoys a communal swimming pool with pool house, and a playground, on days away from the parks the kids can spend time playing with some new friends.

Each Home Features

• Private screened pool with pool furniture.
• 1 en-suite bedroom with king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds  and additional bathroom(s).
• Dining area with chairs (owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party).
• Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils & vacuum cleaner.
• Remote control colour TV & DVD/VCR in main living area/main bedroom
• Telephone (check telephone tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply; prepaid phone cards are a better option).
• Towels and linen are provided.

Occupancy Levels

• 3 Bedroom Home: Maximum 06 people
• 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people
• 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people
• 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people

Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally.
