Our luxurious condos and townhomes located at Windsor Hills are the perfect location for your holiday. The spacious, modern condos and townhomes offer everything you need for a self catering holiday in a fantastic location. Windsor Hills is an exclusive gated resort situated in the very heart of Kissimmee. Its fantastic location is just one of its great features. It is only two miles from Walt Disney World and very close to Orlando’s other main attractions, such as Universal Studios and SeaWorld. Windsor Hills Resort is perfect for families and friends and has great communal facilities, which compliment our spacious and comfortable condos and townhomes. The communal swimming pool with children’s water slides are the focal point of the resort. The fitness room has state-of-the-art equipment and the games room is equipped with pool tables and video games. The on-site clubhouse also has a small cinema and a shop for food, newspapers and other essentials.

Each Condo/Townhomes features
- 1 en-suite bedroom with King or Queen bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 persons. Additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and a 2nd bathroom.
- Dining area with chairs (Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications. Therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party).
- Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils & vacuum cleaner.
- Remote control colour TV
- Telephone (Check tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply. Prepaid phone cards are a better option).
- Towels and linen are provided
- Homes do not usually have safes

Florida Condo's and Townhomes
Condo is basically an apartment and, in Florida, most Condo's are within resort style communities. In terms of space, they are a fantastic alternative to hotels as they nearly always feature fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, a reception room and 2 or more bedrooms.
Like a Condo, most Townhouses are within resort style communities and are attached to other Townhouses. They tend to be a little smaller than Villas however sometimes the communities they are part of may be more centrally located and have better communal facilities.
