Our team based in Orlando ensure that all our accommodation is to the highest of standard. It is our hope and intention that you will have a wonderful holiday, but we recognise that you may at some time need assistance and it will be our pleasure to help you in any way that we can, whether you may need assistance with your villa, pool, information on theme parks or where to eat, Ocean Florida are here for you. From the doorstep of Disney to the picturesque sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast, there really is no better place to stay or better company to travel with.
Check In
If you are staying at one of our hotels you will receive your documentation and directions to the hotel which you can go directly to once you leave the airport and check in.
If you are staying in one of our villas, condos or townhomes in Orlando then you need to head directly to our Service Centre once you leave the airport to collect the address of your home, check in and register. You will be provided with a Welcome Pack containing general information pertaining to your accommodation along with driving instructions on the best way to get to your home. You will also be given your key or lock box code, which gives access to your key on site. For arrivals after the Service Centre is closed, Welcome Packs are provided via a secure lock-box located at the entrance to the Service Centre.
If you are staying in a Gulf Coast or Gold Coast accommodation or at certain resorts in Orlando you will be given specific instructions on where to register.
Registration
Florida Law requires everyone to register within 24 hours of arrival. We offer a Property Protection Fee at a cost of £30.00 per home per week. The Property Protection Fee will cover the cost of accidental or inadvertent damage to a home, pool and pool area up to $1,000. All accidental damage must be reported to Ocean Florida Service Centre within 24 hours of occurring; otherwise the Property Protection Fee is voided.
The Property Protection Fee does not apply to condos, townhomes or homes at the Reunion Resort. Homes will be inspected after departure and any damages or additional cleaning required will be reported to Ocean Florida within 24 hours. We will then inform you of any additional charges that may arise as a result of the inspection.
If you decided not to take out the Property Protection Fee, in accordance with Florida State Law, Ocean Florida will take a credit card authorisation to cover any incidentals, such as, although not limited to damages, un-authorised pool heat, breakages or carpet staining that may occur while you are in the home.

Driving Directions to Ocean Florida Service Centre
From Orlando International Airport
Take the Beeline Expressway West, passing through 2 toll plazas, to Interstate 4
Take Interstate 4 West to exit # 55 for the US 27
Take the US 27 North towards Clermont for a little over a mile
At the traffic lights you will see a Walgreens on your right hand side, over the lights you will see the sign for Ridgeview Plaza and Beef O’Bradys, keep in the right hand lane.
Turn in, Ocean Florida will be the office right in front of you.
From Sanford International Airport
Take 417 South for approximately 48 miles, passing through 5 toll plazas
The 417 will eventually merge with Interstate 4 West
Take the I- 4 West to exit #55 for the US 27
Take the US 27 North towards Clermont for a little over a mile
