Here's how it works:

We will book your holiday with no fuss and if the new holiday is the same price as the old we will not charge a deposit at time of booking - so you don't have to pay out any more money for your holiday!
If the new holiday is more we will charge a flat £100 deposit for the new booking.
You must then send us proof of payment (bank statement and Travel City Direct holiday confirmation) within 72 hours unless the agent on the phone agrees otherwise.
You will also need to send the Really Great Holiday company ATOL claim form, with section 7 signed, to confirm the payment should be made payable to Como St Travel Ltd to cover your new holiday. You can download the claim form by clicking here
You fly off on holiday, have a great time, and we deal with getting the money back so you can simply relax.

*only applies to re booking's departing 12 weeks or more away from the booking date

**Does not apply to re bookings where the original holiday booked was paid with a credit card. In this instance, please contact your credit card company to arrange a refund.

Why should you have to pay more? We want to re-book your Florida holiday for the same price or even less. If we can't, we will give you £50 worth of Ocean Florida vouchers to use against your next Florida holiday.

Please note, this offer does not apply to Walt Disney World bookings, attraction tickets and dining plans. Holidays must be re-booked by midnight on 31st December 2008, and departure dates must be before 31st December 2009.

How to claim your money back

If you booked your holiday with Travel City Direct you're therefore bonded by ATOL and you will receive your money back. In order to make a claim please download the claim form from ATOL or by clicking here. If you booked your holiday with a credit card as apposed to a debit card contact your credit card company who will offer a refund. What happened at Travel City Direct?

Travel City Direct were bought by the XL Group in 2006. Their dominance in the Florida market was driven by their own aircrafts flying to Sanford Orlando. Unlike most other tour operators Travel City did not sell their flight stock to Travel Agents. They were a direct sell tour operator only. According to XL Holidays this collapse has been mostly due to rising fuel costs.
