DepositsWe accept deposits from £150 per person on many of our holidays, however on some occasions we have special fares that require full payment at the point of booking. Please speak to your travel consultant for more information about the deposit payable for your holiday. Reservations made within 12 weeks of departure require full payment at the point of booking.
Paying my balanceBalances are due 12 weeks prior to your departure date. You can check out your balance and make payments online in our Manage my booking section.
Cancellation policyCancellation requests must be made by the lead passenger via email or telephone. If you are cancelling outside of 12 weeks of your departure you will lose the deposit you have paid. If you are cancelling inside of 12 weeks of your departure it will be at full loss.
