Villa Description

You'll be just fifteen minutes from the crystalline shores of Manasota Key, and if you want to tour the coastline you can venture further up to the sandy expanses of Boca Grande. Within ten minutes of the villa, you'll find Rotonda Community Park, and it's the perfect spot for picnics in the sunshine - don't forget to pack a blanket!

Got an appetite for adventure? Climb one of the peaks at Myakka State Forest, and get the perfect Instagram snap at the top. You will be able to reach the laidback centre of Rotonda by car or by bike, and you'll find plenty of tasty eateries and tourist shops to explore here, too. Had enough culture for one day? Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
