Villa Description

This villa has a fully equipped kitchen - there's even a dishwasher so you don't have to work too hard! The welcoming living room provides comfortable sofas and a large TV to park up in front of, along with access to the patio area and private pool via sliding glass doors. The pool screen is surrounded by huge hibiscus plants and beautiful bougainvillea, which provide privacy when you are relaxing.

A king master bedroom with en suite bathroom awaits the grown-ups of the group, whilst the queen room (whose bathroom can serve as an en suite or can be shared with the other two rooms) proves a lovely space for teenagers. One bedroom with twin beds and the other with two full beds will give the little ones a comfortable stay and TVs in all of the bedrooms keep evening entertainment flowing.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
