Villa Description

You'll find the living room and kitchen situated upstairs in this town house. With its large and comfortable sofa, as well as two bean bags, the living room provides ample seating to relax in as you watch the large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen also comes fully-equipped with a range of appliances to help make the chef of the family's job a little easier!

On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, one queen master bedroom (which includes a fifty-inch smart TV and patio access) and one king master room - with a fifty-five smart TV, and private balcony access. The second bedroom is located downstairs and includes two double beds, a fifty-inch smart TV, and patio access - perfect for kids or teenagers!

The home lies just a stone's throw away from Disney and some of Orlando's other key attractions. You'll also have access to Reunion Resort's clubhouse, which boasts a range of on-site restaurants, mini-golf, tennis courts and fitness centre for guests to enjoy.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
