Villa Description

As soon as you enter this deluxe property, you are immediately greeted with custom wood beams lining the ceiling throughout the downstairs living area and modern luxury lighting. The custom-designed kitchen features plenty of counter space to prepare dinners and snacks. Guests will be able to enjoy their meals at the large formal dining table, while another four guests can sit comfortably in the over-sized kitchen bar area. The well-appointed living room has a large sectional sofa, two chairs for seating, and a 75-inch wall-mounted Smart TV with a sound bar and sub woofer.

For those who enjoy the outdoors, the backyard oasis will become your happy place! With Florida private glass on both sides and native wetlands and forest to the rear, you truly get a private feel-well well-being in the middle of a tropical resort. Enjoy relaxing out on the four lounge chairs and soaking up the Florida sun, or catch up on your favourite book in the covered outdoor living area. If the weather is perfect, you can enjoy a meal outside at the outdoor dining table that seats six guests, and the two outdoor fans are sure to keep that Florida breeze moving.

Another highlight of this home is the Toy Storey-themed adventure bunk bedroom. This whimsical and imaginative space is designed to transport kids to a world of fun and creativity! This over-sized bedroom features four custom, double beds, as well as an air hockey table, pool table, giant Connect 4 game, and custom movie-inspired tic-tac-toe game. And the 85-inch Smart TV with a sound bar is perfect for the little ones to keep up with all of their favourite animated films!

This luxury setting provides eight individual leather seats and two tiers of movie-style seating. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
