Villa Description

This elegant, eight-bedroom abode is professionally decorated, combining style and comfort to create a truly luxurious experience. The living room is spacious and inviting, providing the perfect setting for chilled-out entertainment. The large dining area is ideal for enjoying meals together, and budding chefs will be thrilled with the fully-equipped kitchen, which allows you to cook up your favourite food in style.

Two bedrooms are located downstairs, and six upstairs, so there's a perfect option for every guests. Each bedroom is uniquely designed to cater to different tastes, with en suite bathrooms and TVs in some, and a fun themed bedroom for the little ones!

Step outside to discover your private oasis — a pool with an overspill spa where you can unwind and soak up the sun in style. The outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying al fresco meals in the warm breeze.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note that new parking regulations will be effective immediately at Windsor Island Resort. If you plan to have more than 3 cars (including visitors) during your stay, please contact us to check the maximum allowance for your home.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
