Once you’re changed into your wetsuit, the actual swim takes 30 minutes, with a 10 minute safety briefing first. Then step into the water, which feels warm but slightly cooler than the other lagoons at Discovery Cove, which is just how the dolphins like it. The staff will help you get to know the dolphins and they are able to answer all your questions about their behaviour and communication.  As the dolphins approach you can run your hands along their smooth sides.
