What will you be doing?

As a member of our Trade Sales team, you will be responsible for the quoting, booking and delivery of Ocean Holidays product to other travel companies. Other tasks include:

  • Liaising with external travel agents over the phone and by email
  • Assisting our list of partners to secure as many bookings as possible
  • Handling any marketing queries
  • Quoting and booking assistance
  • Post sales assistance for bookings primarily in the US but also to new destinations

Who should apply?

Ideally you should have significant experience in selling holidays B2C or B2B. You should also have:

What will you be doing?

As a Personal Travel Manager, you will be creating relationships with your clients based on providing exceptional customer service; always going the extra mile to meet their needs. You will be creating both Leisure and Corporate itineraries for our discerning clientele. These to include, for example, multi-stops & around the world flights and creating around the world luxury tailor-made holidays of a lifetime.

You will be involved in:

  • Being the principal point of contact for all VIP clientele assigned to you
  • Managing every stage of the sales, after-sales and travel experience
  • Being available to work as per the client’s requirements, this may include evening and weekend calls as and when required
  • GDS competent
  • Securing sales in a customer-focused environment
  • Ensuring that all bookings made meet the clients specific and exact requirements
  • Communicating with support staff to ensure clear process for booking, invoicing, and ticketing is maintained
  • Taking exceptional pride in ensuring that the customers’ needs are always meet and going above and beyond what is required
  • Being target and sales focused and activity working to achieve KPI’s and sales targets set
  • Using initiative and resourcefulness to identify additional opportunities to sell to existing clients or bring new clients to the Winged Boots business
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the best possible customer experience

What will you be doing?

As a member of our busy marketing team and SEO Manager, you will have a vital role in managing the main 3 websites Ocean Florida, Ocean Holidays and Winged Boots. You will guide your team on all things SEO and will be responsible for:

  • Setting the SEO strategy and drive its execution through a small direct team and broader cross-functional team that support this channel.
  • Managing all aspects of SEO offering, including on-site techniques, link building, content marketing (strategy), online PR (strategy), technical SEO – crawl errors, data mark up, xml sitemaps etc.
  • Leading complex deep dives to understand performance gaps and opportunities to unlock growth including website audits, crawl analysis, keyword research, etc.
  • Carrying out regular SEO reviews, focusing on both on-page and off-page SEO – deliver technical documentation for on-site recommendations.
  • Working with the key stakeholders within Marketing team to devise an effective digital strategy which works across a range of platforms.
  • Defining and roll-out a measurement framework for SEO performance and measurement.
  • Using Google Analytics and other analytical programs to deliver key campaign performance reports to stakeholders monthly.
  • Working with PPC team to ensure effective keyword targeting and landing page optimisation.
  • Monitoring keyword positioning and backlink profiles and act to protect against algorithmic penalties.

Who should apply?

To be successful in this role you will need to exhibit excellent professional judgement and make positive decisions based on driving improvements. You will also need to have:

  • Substantial experience within the SEO industry
  • Experience within a similar role in an agency or in-house environment
  • Strong working knowledge of the latest SEO techniques and algorithm updates
  • Good knowledge of Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics and Adwords
  • Experience in creating effective outreach strategies
  • The ability to present and seize business opportunities based on data intelligence
  • Strong HTML and CSS skills (not essential)
  • The ability to be decisive and focused on delivering business outcomes

What will you be doing?

To help us grow and develop our business, we’re looking for a dynamic, sales driven Business Development Manager to join the ranks. Working closely with the business owners, this role will play a fundamental part in the company’s growth by building strong relationships, brand awareness and leading on new client acquisitions.

You will be required to:

  • Research and secure new clients using multiple channels and referrals
  • Entertain clients at our multiple events over the year using our 02 box and other assets

Who should apply?

We are looking for a dynamic hungry Business Development Manager who is confident in their ability to sell and understands the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships. You must be personable, friendly and a good communicator as well as having the skills to coax information from a client in order to discover their needs.

You must also have:

  • Extensive proven sales experience preferably within the travel or corporate industries.
  • Proven experience of building and managing a sales pipeline and achieving or exceeding targets
  • Ability to deal with challenging customers and manage rejections in a professional manner
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and closing sales agreements
  • The ability to influence key decision makers on product selling points
  • Excellent Networker with the ability to manage and sustain strong business relationships
