Key Largo is located within the spectacular Florida Everglades, if you want to explore the subtropical environment of the Everglades then take a trip to the west side of the island and rent a kayak or take a guided tour. During this exploration you will get to see dolphins, manatees and a variety of fauna and flora native to the Everglades such as the mangroves.

Although the Florida Keys are well known for their sunshine, beaches and daytime activities such as diving, fishing and sailing- one of its best features that happen every evening, is its sunsets. Every evening from Key Largo to Key West, visitors and locals will flock to the nearest shores, piers and beaches to admire the sky transforming from bright blue into gorgeous shades of orange and red whilst the sun sets on the horizon. The sunsets in the Florida Keys are exceptionally breathtaking.
