This month we’re venturing to Springfield to celebrate The Simpsons Ride at Universal Orlando Resort. This action-packed motion simulator is situated in Springfield: Home of The Simpsons and whisks you on an adventure through Krustyland.
The Queue
You’re first greeted with a huge Krusty the Clown and you enter the queue through his giant mouth. Once inside, you hear that Sideshow Bob is on the loose, looking to sabotage Krustyland, Krusty’s low budget theme park. As you move through the queue, you’ll see all-new Simpsons animation created exclusively for the ride. You’ll also see all your favourite characters including Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie.
The Ride
Once you’re on board and donning your 3D glasses, the ride starts off as a normal rollercoaster ride but soon enough you end up smashing and blasting through Krustyland and soaring over Springfield. There’s so much for the eye to see, look out for cameos from all your favourite characters and watch them come alive on the huge screen.
Feel like you are part of the story with state of the art technology. The ride animation is shown on a gigantic 80-foot diameter domed surface which ensures the clarity and detail of the characters can shine through.
