Villa Description

Tastefully decorated throughout, this home is as beautiful as it is spacious, making you feel like a VIP from the moment you step through the door. Kick back and relax in the main living area, which has an airy, open-plan layout and subtle coastal theme in the lounge space, where you'll unwind on the cosy sofas. Here you'll find a spacious kitchen with everything you need, as well as two dining tables seating up to fourteen. There's a second living area too, with additional kitchen, so you'll never have to fight to make your favourite feasts.

The luxury continues with stunning bedrooms, including three themed bedrooms for the little ones. Before bed though, enjoy your home theatre, with leather recliners and a large projection screen to binge-watch your favourite series on, or head to the upper floor loft area and check out the PS4 game console and four flat-screen gaming TVs. A further games room offers everything from table tennis to air hockey, while outside you'll find a private swimming pool and spa to unwind and cool off from Florida's sunshine.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
