On the main living floor, there is a contemporary seating area that comprises comfortable sofas, accent chairs, and a Smart TV - perfect for movie nights and post-beach relaxation. For at-home dining, sit down at the formal dining area with a table set for eight guests, as well as kitchen island seating for snacks and morning coffee. The chic kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and includes all the cooking essentials and dishware needed to create homemade meals.

The king bedrooms feature neutral tones that create a calming atmosphere, as well as premium bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date. If your PPF is already included in the price, the registration portal will display them as already paid.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
