Walk up the stairs to the main living floor and enter an open-plan space that is naturally lit from the doors out to the spacious balcony. The kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, all necessary cookware, and broad countertops with island seating. Dine at the indoor dining table, the screened-in lanai outdoor table or at the high-top table on the second balcony to enjoy al fresco meals at your leisure. After fun-filled days at the beach or on the water, unwind with a movie night and prepare a drink at the custom wet bar for a slice of cool Florida life.

The primary, tropical-style bedroom has beautiful views and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and luxurious tub. Guests can listen to the palm trees sway as they fall asleep, and are sure to find comfort and tranquillity in the second bedroom. The third bedroom is ideal for younger guests with its two sets of bunk beds.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
