The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, for easy self-catering. Each bedroom is furnished with flat-screen TVs and charming tropical-themed décor.

The private and tropical-inspired landscaped backyard is a fantastic spot to spend quality time with your loved ones - relax and lounge around by the pool, or simply indulge in some quiet time on the elevated covered deck.

Nothing is shared with the adjacent villa except one common wall, which is concrete block and well insulated to eliminate sound travel.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
