Villa Description
Upon entering, you’ll find a grand dining area designed to accommodate large gatherings, with a table that seats twelve and bar seating for four. The spacious living area features a large sectional sofa and a big wall-mounted Smart TV, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and movie nights. Adjacent to the main living space on the ground floor is the front sitting room, which includes a sofa and two chairs for intimate conversations, along with two additional chairs by the wall. Down the hall, you'll find a full bathroom with a shower that has a private entrance and a paved walkway leading directly to the pool area.
The first floor hosts three well-appointed bedrooms. The front king suite includes a wall-mounted Smart TV, an extra chair, a ceiling fan, and a small balcony with two chairs. This room shares a bathroom with the middle king suite, which also has a wall-mounted Smart TV and a ceiling fan with light. The back king master suite is a luxurious retreat with a wall-mounted Smart TV, an extra chair, a large tub, a sizeable shower with golf course views.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.
**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.
Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.
If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
