Villa Description

With a bright and serene decor and large windows and patio doors flooding the condo with light, you'll enjoy the Florida sunshine all day long. The condo boasts an open-plan layout, allowing you to spend quality time with the ones you love, either in the spacious living area with its large sofa and flat-screen TV or in the fully-equipped kitchen, which has everything you need to cook up a storm.

All bedrooms have a Smart TV, so you can enjoy your favourite shows in peace, and the master en-suite king bedroom also has direct access to the condo's private porch. On the porch, you'll find a table that seats four, where you can sit and take in the stunning view.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
