Villa Description

Your holiday begins from the moment you arrive at the condo. Located right in the centre of the ever-popular Reunion Resort, the community facilities are just a short stroll away.

The space has three modern bedrooms, three chic bathrooms, and open-plan family living spaces for you all to relax in. The fully functional kitchen is well equipped, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus an ample dining space for you to enjoy your culinary delights. Once plates have been cleaned, kick back in the lounge, where the kids can battle it out on Arcade Legends. Large sliding patio doors lead out to your private balcony, where you've got a table with an al fresco dining table a backdrop of stunning resort views.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
