Villa Description

Indulge in a slice of luxury Florida living at this ample five-bedroom home. Many of Orlando's famous attractions are nearby, but you can also switch off from the buzz of this destination at this lavish, amenity-packed property.

Minimalism and grandeur blend together seamlessly in the lounge, where you'll find an L-shaped sofa, perfectly positioned in front of a wall-mounted TV. In the kitchen, you'll find stainless steel appliances and the space is fully equipped so you can cook plenty of your go-to family dishes. The garage has been fully convertedto a games room, with a movie theatre and cosy seating to boot. On top of this, there's also an arcade game, air hockey, and foosball availlable on tap. The loft has a Napa Valley wine theme with a wine bar, pool table, and TV.

With a slightly southeast-facing lanai and patio, you can sip your morning coffee out back while watching the sunrise over the pool. There's even a built-in BBQ where you can serve up poolside treats, then lounge around on one of the several sun loungers afterwards.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
