Villa Description

Cinema Room

There's plenty of indoor fun to be had in this beautiful home. Check out the cinema on the main floor, which features ten comfy leather recliners, led lighting, a high-end projector and sound systems, as well as a giant screen. You’ll also find some great arcade games such as a Pac-Man multi arcade game! After the movie night's over, be sure to swing by the games loft, which is equipped with a karaoke system, arcade games, a mini jungle gym for the little ones, and a lounge area with a Smart TV.

Themed Bedrooms

The kids will adore the two dedicated themed bedrooms just for them! Pick from the winter-themed bedroom, complete with a custom snow-capped bunk bed and adjoining life-sized princesses. **EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
