Villa Description

This villa provides a VIP experience with its glamorous interior design and assortment of little luxuries that adds that je ne sais quoi to your stay. The main hub of the home is the downstairs kitchen and living spacewhich brings the wow factor with its elegant furnishings and tall ceilings overlooked by the upper-floor balcony and bar area. This place is nicknamed Playcation Station for a reason — there’s endless fun and games for the whole family to enjoy, both youngsters and luxury-seeking adults. Sun worshipers will make their own relaxing fun around the private pool topping up their tan on the sofa with an occasional dip. Not to mention the bar area that’s perfect for late-night beers and poker playing.

And don’t worry about little ones — they’ll be settling down for a movie on the cinema recliners or attempting to beat high scores on the classic arcade machines. Then when everyone’s ready to hit the sack, rest assured you’ll all get the rest you need amongthe selection of bedrooms, including spa-like king suites.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
