Villa Description

This home is located in phase one of Solara Resort, so has the advantage of being within walking distance of all the amenities including the resort pool at the clubhouse. There are no rear neighbours so you can enjoy the peace and quiet in this secluded property. The arcade-style games room is air-conditioned and fully stocked with action -you'll be blown away by the bowling arcade along with a pair of duelling Super Bike racing arcades, and two TVs connected to an Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

Outside, the pool area is an idyllic spot where you can enjoy the sun and take a dip in the glimmering pool. There's an overspill spa for complete relaxation, as well as sun loungers and a table where you can enjoy meals al fresco. Plus, the little ones in particular will love this property - the spacious kids' bedrooms are one-of-a-kind, with incredible themes including a Jurassic Park arcade game and even a slide!

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
