You’ll find the newly built community of Solterra conveniently located minutes away from all the major attractions, heaps of restaurants, and more shopping than you’ll be able to handle. And just a fifteen-minute drive will take you to the Walt Disney World Resort gates as well as the entertainment hub of Disney Springs!

While closer to home you can stroll the walking trails within the resort and find the 5,600 sq ft clubhouse with arcade and fitness centre, as well as the huge resort pool with water slides and a lazy river. A range of sports courts including basketball, sand volleyball and tennis are great for those keen to keep active while having loads of fun.

Cinema Room

Just off the upstairs games room is the split-level home cinema – as if you thought this home couldn’t get any cooler. With eight reclining leather chairs and a large projection screen, this is authentic a cinema experience as it gets without having to even leave the house. Just grab some popcorn and you’re all set!

Solterra Resort lies in leafy Davenport with easy access to Interstate 4 – Orlando’s theme-park gateway. Superb for Walt Disney World holiday goers, it’s only a 12-mile ride to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Championship and country club golf courses are nearby for a leisurely putt on the green, while convenient shopping centres are just a stone’s throw away, offering everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Useful Information

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

All Solterra Resort (incl. Villatel Village) customers are required to register for a resort parking permit on arrival. Failure to register and obtain a parking permit will result in unauthorised vehicles being towed without warning. Ocean Beds and Solterra Resort will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by customers having to retrieve their vehicle back from the tow company.

Upon arrival, guests are required to visit the Vesta Desk Services situated at the clubhouse in order to register for a parking permit and also pay for the resort fee.

There is an optional Resort Fee applicable for all Solterra Resort guests wishing to have access to the communal amenities, including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides, Tennis, Common Green areas and Gym.

The fee will be $39.20 for 1-12 guests and $50.40 for 13+ guests (inclusive of taxes) wishing to access the resort amenities. The fee is per property for the duration of your stay.

Please note that this charge is optional and only applicable if guests wish to partake in the resort amenities during their stay. Guests who opt-out will not be charged.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
