You’ll find a range of luxury villas with beach access on Anna Maria Island.
The proximity to the beach varies depending on the community and villa you choose. For example, select villas on Anna Maria Island are just a 3-minute walk away from the beach, while Sanibel condos are a 10-minute drive away from the beach. If beach proximity is a priority for you, we recommend checking with our dedicated Travel Specialists to ensure you have accurate information regarding the distance to the beach for your chosen villa.
The beaches near our villas are public and available for everyone to enjoy. However, in addition to being close to the beach, you may enjoy private beach access. Residents of Sanibel condos have exclusive access to the small strip of beach situated in front of the resort. However, please note that this private beach is not Sanibel Beach.
For your safety, we kindly advise you to check the specific beach you plan to visit in advance, as not all beaches have lifeguards on duty. To ensure peace of mind, lifeguards are present at the following beaches:
Anna Maria Island: Coquina Beach, Cortez Beach, and Manatee Public Beach
Siesta Key: Siesta Key Beach
However, please note that lifeguard services are not available on Sanibel Island. We recommend practising caution and adhering to all safety guidelines when visiting these beaches.
