Meat-eaters will love Guy’s Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse, our restaurant of the month. Found on selected Carnival Cruise ships, this open-air restaurant makes a great place for lunch. You’ll smell the BBQ cooking in the cool ocean breeze and we can guarantee you’ll want to follow the scent. The menu includes delicious things like Championship Pork Butt, Smoked Round of Beef, Smoked Andouille Sausage, the famous Blue-Ribbon Chicken. If there wasn’t enough, there’s lip smackin’ sides like Mac Daddy Mac n Cheese, Old Skool Potato Salad and Collard Greens. You can add more BBQ action to your plate with the epic, signature barbeque sauces on offer.
