We are officially lusting over Reunion – Ocean 205
this September. Located in the Kissimmee resort community of Reunion, this mansion style villa celebrates the beauty of Floridan homes. There’s a large roof terrace, light and airy décor, manicured front garden and a huge swimming pool to the back of the property, as well as views of the resort golf course. This elegant, fairy tale-esque villa is sure to be the holiday home of your dreams. We give you a glimpse of what it looks like inside.
Bedrooms
Custom built to the highest specification, Reunion – Ocean 205 is every bit luxurious as it is homely. There’s six bedrooms, each with flat screen TVs, monochrome décor, and large comfy beds, prefect for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Living Areas
The open plan living area connects the fully- equipped kitchen, lounge and the dining room together. Overlooking the garden, there is direct access via the lounge to the pool, allowing you to move between the two areas with ease. Decked out with stylish sofas and a flat screen TV, the sophisticated lounge has a neutral palette with large windows which lets the sunshine in.
There’s another sitting room with an even bigger TV and L-shaped sofa, allowing you to catch up with what’s going on in the world in comfort.
Entertainment
The hidden treasure in this villa is the movie theatre and games room. The movie theatre has two-tiered seating, projector and screen, plus there’s a pool table. Games night, anyone?
Outside
If you loved the inside, wait until you see the outside. With so much space for entertaining, you’re spoilt for choice with places to play, relax and entertain.
Enjoy the view of the lush 18-hole golf course from the epic roof terrace which features stylish rattan sofa and sun loungers. The spiral staircase to the back leads onto the pool which spans almost the width of the villa. There’s a shaded area which has a table and chairs for al fresco dining, plus a BBQ for cooking outside.
Waterjets in the main pool and the spa area make the perfect place to relax after exploring the Kissimmee attractions. Gaze at the vibrant vegetation which lines the garden with a glass of wine in hand with the sound of the kids playing in the background.
We can’t find fault with this villa, it offers plenty of space for large families to holiday comfortably, there’s large outdoor spaces to make the most of the Florida sun and a games room with a movie theatre to entertain the kids (and the adults too!). Is there anything else to ask for?
